The hotel offered great value and was exactly what I needed. the staff at the reception desk were very helpful. the location was good since there was a tram station near the hotel. the nearby Bar Cafe Barriere was a pleasant surprise.

Good breakfast buffet, spacious quiet room, dog friendly, easy to find.

Rooms, bathrooms, lifts and corridors very tired and worn. Would be improved considerably by some renovation

Generally, thoroughly enjoyed this pleasant and absolutely gorgeous accommodation with pleasant staff at the reception desk. The location was absolutely perfect and fantastic - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. We usually went to Mcdonald's to grab a bite.

We stayed for one night on route from Spain to Jersey, check in took less than a minute and the family room was perfect for my girls ages 6 and 8, ideal stop over

This was a very comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Bordeaux. The family room was very spacious and well appointed. Having a small pool was great as it was hot and the kids enjoyed having a swim outdoors. The hotel did not look great from the outside (a little dated) but more than made up for it on the inside. Breakfast was great value as the kids ate for free.

It was a long way out of the city so getting a cab in for dinner was expensive. The hotel dinner menu was limited and not ideal for children.

perfectly placed for the wine exhibition which is just around the corner and this is our 3rd stay in the hotel. They have just redecorated and the rooms look lovely, well done!

The place is clean. the room is new-fashioned. the staff is courteous. Continental breakfast offers lots of excellent food choices. It has a magnificent and fantastic setting. We found taht teh facilities and room were excellent as is the Hippo Restaurant next door.

The pool was great to relax in at the end of a long drive from Paris. Good selection of family-friendly restaurants in the vacinity.

Had a really good stay at this hotel, it's a quality place.
